Goalball at Temple Bank School
Temple Bank has an array of sporting activities, as well as our football team. We also have an exceptionally good goal ball team. For those of you who are unsure about goal ball, the following information will clarify the rules and regulations.

The aim of the game is to score more goals than the opposing team. Each team consists of three players, (left wing, right wing and centre). You use a ball with ball bearings so players can hear the ball. Each player wears kneepads, elbow pads and goggles, therefore making the game fair.
The goal ball court is 18 metres in length, and 9 metres in width.
Visually impaired people mainly play goal ball.
Goal ball is now classified as an Olympic sport, and its popularity is rapidly growing.
